Destiny Carriers Initiative (DCI) is a formation organization founded in response to a growing crisis: a generation of young people disconnected from purpose, ethical leadership, and constructive civic engagement across Kenya and Africa.

DCI is not a one-off training provider. Its mandate is to walk young people from identity formation → leadership capacity → community responsibility → national contribution.

Phase 1 — School-Based Formation (Ages 10–24)

DCI Phase 1 focuses on early identity and values formation, leadership and civic skills, mentorship, and school-to-community pipelines for peaceful civic engagement and accountability.

Phase 2 — The Isaiah 9 Project (15+)

Restoring Leadership • Healing Nations • Shaping the Future

The Isaiah 9 Project is a values-driven leadership and civic formation initiative designed to heal broken governance systems by shaping ethical, servant-minded leaders and informed citizens. Inspired by Isaiah 9:6–7 principles—responsible authority, justice, peace, and stability—without imposing religious conformity.
