Benjamin Pascal W. Nabwana

Speaker | Author | Youth Leadership Practitioner | Social Entrepreneur | Governance Advocate.

Benjamin Pascal Nabwana, a family man, husband, and father, is a Kenyan speaker, author, and social impact leader whose life and work are deeply rooted in identity discovery, purposeful living, and transformational leadership among young people.

Invisible Classrooms

Born and raised in Kanduyi, Bungoma County, Benjamin’s formative years were shaped not only by formal education but by what he calls “invisible classrooms”—spaces of adversity, responsibility, faith, service, and resilience that refined his worldview and character long before titles and platforms followed.

These early experiences laid a strong foundation for his lifelong commitment to helping young people answer the critical questions: who they are, why they are here, and how to live intentionally in alignment with their assignment.

National Leadership — The Youth Parliament of Kenya (YPK)

Benjamin serves in senior national leadership at The Youth Parliament of Kenya (YPK) as Vice President and Head of Strategic Partnerships.

YPK is a non-partisan, youth-formed and youth-led organization and movement that draws young people away from street activism into a structured ecosystem designed to innovatively address challenges within communities, counties, and the nation at large. Through a strong focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), YPK positions young people as development-focused actors anchored on practical agendas rather than partisan politics.

In these roles, Benjamin is actively involved in youth governance, policy engagement, institutional partnerships, leadership development, civic participation, and national dialogue—positioning young people as informed, values-driven contributors to Kenya’s democratic and development processes.

He is driven by the conviction that sustainable impact begins with internal alignment before external success.

Education & Formation

Benjamin’s leadership and teaching flow from spiritual formation, lived experience, and formal training. While academic qualifications support systems thinking and structured leadership, he remains anchored in the belief that calling is proven more by character and fruit than credentials.

  • AIRADS — Diploma in IT (Support Specialist)
  • East Africa Institute of Professional Counseling — Certificate in Psychology Counselling
  • School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG–Kenya) — Leadership Certificate
  • ACLAS — Executive MBA (MBA)

Closing: Benjamin is widely regarded for his grounded approach, lived authenticity, and ability to connect deeply with young audiences—challenging them to see their lives not as accidents of circumstance, but as assignments to be stewarded with discipline, wisdom, and courage.
